Care Arranger (R)
Sefton Council are offering an exciting opportunity for someone who wishes to work at the cutting edge of a dynamic and forward thinking organisation.
The role of a Care Arranger is to support Adult Social Care teams to deliver social care for vulnerable adults. The post has an integral role in arranging, negotiating, and brokering services for adults whilst ensuring information from care providers is accurate and up to date.
We are searching for a highly motivated team player, with a flexible approach; someone who is able to use initiative to overcome challenges. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and will provide clear and concise information to social work practitioners, care providers and clients regarding the provision of care.
Candidates will need to demonstrate relevant previous experience, have a good understanding of Social Care and display a ‘can do’ attitude. Excellent IT skills are required, alongside an ability to prioritise, manage and be accountable for allocated work.
