About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work on a permanent basis as a business support minute taker within the MySpace team. The team consists of various types of professionals from social workers to intervention workers. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic fast paced supportive multi agency team.

This role will require the successful candidate to collate information, update the childrens electronic record, general finance such as petty cash, processing invoices and supporting with DBS checks for staff members. You will also keep up to date our excel spreadsheets which track our information to enable us to meet our performance indicators. You will be responsible for setting up initial ETAC reviews and MACE Meetings, etc and managing work calendars.

Training and personal development will be provided within the job role and the expectation is that you will be proactive, approachable and flexible outlook within the workplace.
