Are you a creative digital communicator with a passion for making a difference? We're looking for a talented Digital Content and Engagement Officer to lead digital engagement, marketing and communications activity supporting Sefton Council's Children's Services, including Family Hubs, Start for Life and the Healthy Child Programme.

In this exciting role, you'll create engaging and accessible content across websites, social media, newsletters and digital platforms, helping families, children and young people access the information, services and support they need. You'll use insight, analytics and user feedback to improve digital services, customer journeys and engagement, while working closely with colleagues, partners and communities across Sefton.

We're looking for someone with experience in digital communications, content creation and audience engagement, who can combine creativity with data-driven decision-making. You'll have excellent copywriting skills, a strong understanding of digital accessibility and the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
